개인정보처리방침 (한국어)

FL Games(이하 "운영자")는 모바일 게임 Kitty Pop(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 기기·앱 정보: 기기 모델, 운영체제와 버전, 언어·시간대 설정, 앱 버전, IP 주소
  • 광고 식별자: Android 광고 ID(AAID), iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA, 추적 허용 시)
  • 게임 이용 정보: 게임 진행도, 보유 아이템, 플레이 기록, 앱 내 행동(광고 시청 등) 기록
  • 계정 정보: Firebase에서 발급하는 사용자 ID. Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연동하는 경우 해당 서비스가 제공하는 이메일 주소 등 식별 정보
  • 오류 정보: 앱이 비정상 종료될 때의 오류 기록(크래시 로그)
  • 푸시 알림 토큰: 알림을 허용한 경우 알림 발송용 기기 토큰
  • 구매 정보: 인앱 구매 시 구매 내역. 결제 수단 정보는 Google Play·App Store가 처리하며 운영자는 받지 않습니다.

앱은 정확한 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진 등 기기의 개인 파일을 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

  • 게임 제공, 진행도 저장 및 여러 기기 간 이어하기
  • 광고 제공(보상형·전면 광고) 및 광고 효과 측정
  • 서비스 분석, 오류 수정, 부정 이용 방지
  • 공지·이벤트 등 푸시 알림 발송(허용한 경우)
  • 구매 확인 및 고객 문의 대응

3. 제3자 서비스

앱은 아래 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있거나 이용자·운영자의 권리와 안전을 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우를 제외하고 위 목적 외로 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 광고와 선택권

광고 네트워크는 광고 식별자를 이용해 맞춤형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 > Google > 광고 / iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적). 앱 내 '광고 제거' 상품을 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

5. 보관 및 삭제

정보는 앱과 계정을 이용하는 동안 보관하며, 이용 목적이 끝나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 계정과 게임 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 앱에 표시된 사용자 ID와 함께 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 삭제하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보(예: 결제 기록)는 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 그러한 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

7. 안전성 확보

운영자는 전송 구간 암호화 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용합니다. 다만 인터넷 전송이나 전자 저장 방식이 100% 안전하다고 보장할 수는 없습니다.

8. 방침 변경

이 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경이 있으면 앱 내 공지 등으로 알려드립니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

FL Games ("we") operates the mobile game Kitty Pop (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App processes and why.

Effective date: September 15, 2026

1. Information We Collect

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system and version, language and time zone settings, app version, IP address
  • Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) and iOS IDFA (only if you allow tracking)
  • Gameplay data: game progress, items, play history, in-app events (such as ad views)
  • Account data: a user ID issued by Firebase; if you link a Google or Apple account, identifiers such as the email address provided by that service
  • Crash data: diagnostic logs when the App crashes
  • Push notification token: if you allow notifications
  • Purchase data: in-app purchase history. Payment details are handled by Google Play or the App Store; we do not receive them.

The App does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the game, save progress, and let you continue on other devices
  • To show ads (rewarded and interstitial) and measure their performance
  • To analyze usage, fix errors, and prevent abuse
  • To send notices and event notifications (if allowed)
  • To verify purchases and respond to inquiries

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described above, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and FL Games.

4. Ads and Your Choices

Ad networks may use advertising identifiers to show personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads / iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Purchasing the in-app "Remove Ads" item stops ads from being shown.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep information while you use the App and your account, and delete it when it is no longer needed. To request deletion of your account and game data, email us with the user ID shown in the App. We will delete the data and confirm. Records we are legally required to keep (such as purchase records) may be retained for the required period.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you in the App of significant changes.
